Hey guys!
Hope you all have a wonderful thanksgiving with family and friends! Wanted to get part 2 of the carbon subframe up for you guys since I figured you'd have some free time over the next couple days.
This subframe turned out to be a bit more technical than I anticipated and I think we'll have to do one more video to finish it up completely.
We've also decided we'd like to take off the rear headers and have them ceramic coated black so we don't have to reinstall ...

Hey guys!
It's time to get back to work on customizing our Limited Edition Ducati Panigale V4 SP! What better way to start then with a full carbon rear subframe!
This subframe from fullsix shaves over 11lbs off the bike already! I think we can get to 40 lbs of weight savings with this build which will be absolutely INSANE!
Huge thanks to Mani from www.motomillion.com for signing on to sponsor this build. Please continue to ...

Hey guys!
So we finally put our Custom Monster 1200 on the scale and we shaved off 66lbs!!! Stock it weighed 475lbs and now it weighs 409lbs!!!
I think with the 156hp and 409lbs wet that has to make this one of the lightest and fastest, street legal, Ducati Monster 1200's in the world :)
Aiming to choose a winner for the bike in the first week of December. We have to wait for patreon to process all the billing st...

Hey guys!
So we put our finished monster back on the same dyno we did the stock runs and it absolutely crushed it!
In stock form it put down 133HP and now it put down 156HP!!! That means we picked up 23HP with all the mods we've done!
That makes this one of the biggest gains we've ever had on the build series! Super happy about those numbers but I think it will be even more impressive when we weigh this bad boy and find out how much weight we've stripped.

Hey guys!
After a few tweaks we were able to take the Monster out for its first ride as a finished bike! I gotta say I absolutely LOVE how this bike feels and Dado agrees.
I'm also in love with the custom made signature plate Dado did...it adds such a cool element to the bike and finishes it off perfectly!
We are taking the bike to the dyno today to see how much HP we gained. In stock form it did 133hp so I'm hoping we can hit 140hp today!
Enjoy the episode...

Hey guys!
The final installation video for the series is complete! All we've got left is to ride it to make sure all of the parts we've installed work properly. We need to check chain tension, torque specs and just go over the entire bike to make sure its all go to go.
We'll then take it to the dyno for a final power number after all the performance parts. And then the final video will be weighing the bike, going over the cost of the build and detailing the bike!...

Hey guys!
In this episode we installed a custom luimoto seat cover that looks AMAZING! It's got suede with diamond stitching on the center which is wrapped in leather and finished with a cool carbon pattern around the outside. It's also got the Italian flag embroidered on each side to add a nice pop of color to the build!
We also installed some fullsix carbon brake cooling ducts that look INCREDIBLE. I told Mani we want these for our V4 SP and my Lambo Diavel :) ...

Hey guys!
We finished installing the rest of the carbon for the monster! We added the carbon rear fender, carbon chain guard and carbon swing arm cover so the bike now officially has all the carbon installed and it looks AMAZING!
Next episode we will try to finish off the rest of the installation parts which will be the custom luimoto seat cover and a bunch of little trinkets from ducabike which will perfectly complete this gorgeous machine.
Then we can put this beast ...

Hey guys!
We finally unboxed all the carbon fiber for this bad boy and man does this stuff from fullsixcarbon look amazing!
We went with a satin finish on this carbon and I absolutely love how it looks. The carbon radiator side covers completely transformed the bike and now the tank is the true centerpiece of the build.
Getting those stickers removed from the frame and relocated under the seat also really cleans up the look of the bike and I'm loving how its coming tog...

Hey guys!
We finally got the monster reassembled with the new custom brushed steel tank and the blacked out headlight and it looks INCREDIBLE.
Literally Dado and I just sat there drinking a glass of whiskey staring at it for like 30 min after the video ended. lol
We've got a bunch more carbon to add, then the custom luimoto seat cover and then this beast will be done!
Enjoy the episode and stay tuned for more!

Hey guys!
So Dado was able to get all the sticky residue off the tank and logo so we were able to clear coat the tank and headlight today and it turned out incredible!
This is exactly the look I was going for and I couldn't be more stoked with how it turned out!
Next episode we will begin reassembly and then we've got some carbon pieces to add, a custom seat cover and this bike will be essentially finished!
What do you guys think of the brushed steel tank? Do you...

Hey guys,
99% of the time I'm a very positive guy but stuff like this can get to me when I set a schedule and am trying to get something done.
Unfortunately the stencils are leaving a sticky residue behind when we peel them off...when we were trying to clean that residue Dado barely touched one of the letters and of course it wiped right off...
We are going to try and let the paint cure for 24 to 48 hours and try to wipe it again but I have a feeling its going to come off ju...

We got to work on the tank today. We added all the brushed lines and it turned out absolutely incredible!
I was hoping we could get the stencil on but unfortunately put the lines in with the sandpaper by hand ended up taking a few hours and we wanted to make sure this tank is done right.
Next episode we will clean the tank really well, add the ducati stencil and then do the clear coat on the tank and the headlight.
After that we will add lots more carbo...

Hey guys!
This is the first episode where you can finally start to see my vision for this project and I have to say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how its coming together.
The blacked out rear shock looks super premium compared to the gold/yellow color. The tank already looks super cool before we've even started to add sanding marks, the old school ducati lettering and the satin clear coat.
And finally I am absolutely OBSESSED with the blacked out front headlight. I thought i...

Hey guys!
So originally I wanted to pick up the painted rear spring and the stripped tank but they weren't ready yet so we had to switch gears a bit. I usually like to save carbon upgrades for when the bike is together so you can really get a feel for how it changes the looks but we had no choice for this situation.
Regardless the carbon pieces look AMAZING! Satin carbon is now my favorite finish for carbon pieces. I was hoping for a bit more weight savings but h...

Hey guys!
Wanted to share some behind the scenes for you guys. A lot of people on youtube think these builds are just the 20 min episodes I put out BUT in reality these builds are actually a full time job for me.
We spent half the day running away to different places trying to figure out the best plan of attack to get this paint stripped off. We also realized the tank is actually STEEL not aluminum which kind of blew my mind.
Anyway, today I'm going to run down t...

Hey guys!
We took out the monster to try out the new handlebar and control set up and it feels amazing!
The head shake/tank slapper nature of the bike is completely gone. It feels so much more stable and safe now when the front wheel comes up and even just at highway speeds. An Ohlins steering damper is 100% needed for the monster 1200 if you've got one.
The rest of the controls also feel fantastic. It has such a streamlined look and premium feel it has rea...

I'm absolutely in love with this new control set up on our Monster 1200! It looks so freaking clean and feels super premium to use.
I'm actually shocked how much I enjoy the ducabike button style controls as well...I thought they would be clunky or tough to use but they are very easy and straight forward and I think I actually prefer them over the plastic stock button units.
Next episode we still need to tidy everything up, install the slave cylinder a...

This is by far the most insane and comprehensive handle bar and control set up we've ever done. This set up is over $2,000 worth of premium high end parts thanks to www.motomillion.com.
We've got brembo RCS brake and clutch masters, ducabike race inspired button and controls, blacked out rizoma handle bar and lots more.

We swapped back over to the monster while we are waiting on the carbon fairings for the SP. We installed a super light chain and sprocket set up that looks amazing and shaved 2.5 lbs of rotational mass!

Hey guys!
Yesterday we put our Panigale back on the dyno after our termi exhaust, race filter and flash. In stock form the bike put down 179HP. With the upgrades it just put down 192.5HP which means we picked up over 13 HP!!!
Both dyno sessions were also done when it was almost 100 degrees which will have an effect on the numbers. Also, considering this bike only has 600 miles it will continue to make more power as it gets more miles on it.

I finally had a chance to get the SP out with the new exhaust and oh my god this thing is INSANE now! The power difference is way more noticeable then I thought I'd be all throughout the rev range.
All the restrictions from the stock exhaust and ECU are completely gone and we have officially unleashed the full power of this beast! The sound this thing makes on upshift when you are hard on the throttle is intoxicating.
I can't describe how much better th...

So we got the sprint race filter installed along with the termi flash and WOW what a difference! In the last video when we started the bike you could hear it pulsing during idle because the air/fuel was way off from the new exhaust.
Now it fires up and purrs like an angry cat. And when I tell you I can actually FEEL the difference in the throttle I am 100% not kidding. The amount of air flow and instant power when you twist that throttle is AMAZING.

We installed our first exhaust which is the blacked out termignoni titanium slip on exhaust system. This saved just under 10 lbs and termi claims with the race filter and upmap it will add 10 hp.
For $2700 that makes this one of the best value systems you can buy for a Panigale V4 or Streetfighter V4. It's really cool that it comes with the upmap and race filter as well. And heres the best part...we installed this in under 3 hours which makes it one of ...

So we got stock numbers for our Panigale. It came in at 180 hp which seemed a little low to me so I went back and looked at our previous panigale V4 build and that one put down 183 hp in stock form so I think this is pretty solid considering it was 104 degrees yesterday when we did these runs.
So this will be our baseline number for the build. Next we will install our termi slip on exhaust followed by the upmap and race filter and then we will put it back on ...

This might not be the most fun mod BUT its definitely one of the most important mods you can do on a brand new motorcycle. Protecting your radiator and oil cooler is very important to keep your motor running at the correct temperatures and increase its overall longevity.
I will say these are not easy to install so if you're planning on doing these yourself on a new panigale, set aside a few hours and get ready to be lost in Ducati Fairings land as we call it. haha<...
