Since there were fewer people participating in the lottery than the prizes offered, I ended up doing this:
choosing randomly from 1 and 2 numbers, number 2 (RedVB) wins and he wins the main prize, a full-fledged art, and number 1 (Luxy Shadowcast) gets the second prize, a sketch of his character!
