...a testament to how busy my week got, because this is a really simple page.  A simple page that I hope says a lot.  Next couple pages are going to be fun! :)

Weekly Update 04.22.2019...

…Okay, last week was a bit rough. Lots of last minute work so I didn’t get to accomplish most of my goals. I am however pretty close to finishing a few things, so that’s a good place to be I suppose. ^^;

My week is scheduled a lot more clearly this week, so I think I can get a bunch of work off my plate. The only extra work hours I have will be tomorrow and Wednesday so that gives me a clearer picture of what to expect and how to schedule things out.

Stupid Busy Week...

...But I finished the line art for the next page! Ran into a minor snag on the commission that I need to sleep on, but I’d forgotten that this page is just four panels, so I knocked it out pretty quick. Will start toning tomorrow once I figure out my next move on the commission. Will share an update on that as well.

Also made a rare post over on Instagram. Really need to get better about that. 😅

Sketchy Saturday 04.20.2019...

...Only two pics this week as I haven't been around much, but I'm pretty happy with them and would like to finish both.  Might included a more detailed version of one or the other next week. :)

Crazy week...

...but I am getting some work done. Sadly I don’t see myself actually finishing anything this week. Not very happy about that, but I have a couple things that are close to finished so I’ll make up for the last time soon enough.

Sketchy Saturday should be up in an hour or so.👍

Progress at last!...

...the commission is a self bondage comic and that is a surprisingly difficult thing to convey in a comic. Finally figured it out and can start getting it done! Hopefully will be finished by the weekend. Should be fun!

Weekly Update 04.15.2019...

…Yikes, last week was crazy, and this week doesn’t look much better. I barely made my minimum goal of finishing the next BLACK LABEL page and posting Sketchy Saturday (Sketchy Sunday this time round).

Plan for the week: Commissions! The next page of BLACK LABEL will have to wait till at least one more commission is off my plate. Fortunately, I’ve got a nice buffer of extra pages going right now, so we can keep posting consistently over on DA and HF.

Chapter 2, Page 15...

...Always have a pair of safety sheers handy.  Those things can cut through rope, wire, cloth, heck, even a penny, but it would take some effort to cut yourself with them.  Every dom should own a few.

It seems there is an unexpected guest a knock'n.  What is Val about to walk in on? XD

Can't believe I actually got this done!  Was worried I wouldn't make my minimal goal for the week.  Things got busy.  Brand new week starts tomorrow!  I'll see ya ...

Sketchy Saturday 04.13.14...

...a day late and a drawing short.  Ah well, this week didn't quite go the way I planned.  Still, I'm finally home and I'm posting sketches, which is good.  I'm super shy about sharing unfinished stuff, so it's good that I'm getting over myself.

New page of BLACK LABEL will likely have to wait till tomorrow.  Lines and speech bubbles are done so I just need to tone it.  We'll see what I can get finished today.

...unexpected but I’ll be home late tomorrow. I’ll finish the next page Sunday. No new page next week as I’ll be working on commissions. In the meantime here’s Val in her chef uniform (I don’t think I’ve posted this one yet).

Weekly Update 04.08.2019...

…This is my 100th weekly update!  Not in a row, but pretty close!  I think there were two maybe three times when I did a late update or didn't get one posted at all, but still, pretty darn close! :)

This is gonna be a crazy week. I’ll be on the road quite a bit, but I’ll be getting a new page done and hopefully have a new commission page finished as well. Was hoping to have the commission done last week, but I ran into an interesting technical issue that I needed to wrap...

A productive day...

...next page is more or less laid out. Got to relax a bit with my wife (pizza and a movie). Finishing with some tone down sketching before bed. This one is from a few days ago and is meant for Meg’s character sheet.

Gonna get some sleep. Busy week ahead starting with a weekly update to start. See ya then!

...chapter 2 continues with some unexpected complications.  Ah, life...

Had to start this page almost completely over (was able to use the second panel).  The layout is kinda boring but it gets the  scene across.

Sketchy Saturday 04.06.2019...

...I'm experimenting to see how I want to deliver Sketchy Saturday so this week rather than just posting everything as a single low rez image, I'm posting everything separately in their original higher rez glory.  I was originally going to give you a guys a dropbox link but figured it would be simpler to just post them as attachments.  I think this way should work well.  Let me know what you think!

Page 14, take 2...

...the scale of the panels really threw me off and everything was coming out as a splotchy mess. Starting from scratch (except panel 2, I can still use that) and I am much happier with the results.

I’m off to work for a few more hours but will give it another go this afternoon. Maybe I can have it done before Sunday! :)

Under the weather today...

...and moving at the speed of “meh.”

Took a break to draw some character design stuff and experiment with page size and line width. Will get back to work proper tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully I’ll be awake by then.🤞

Back at it!...

...taking a break from commissions to finish page 14. Ran into an unexpected block with the commission comic that may take a few days to figure out. It’s an interesting problem that will become clear once I get it posted. In the meantime, gonna try to have the line art for Black Label done by tomorrow so I can square the page away by Saturday. :)

Coming together nicely...

...full page detailed sketch (seven panels total) may be done tomorrow. Just need to check in with the commissioner first.

Weekly Update 04.01.2019...

…I’m already looking forward to a productive week! We got page 13 of Chapter 2 posted yesterday, finished a comic commission last week (only two more to go!) and launched Sketchy Saturday for my $5 Patrons. Lots to do this week, so let’s get started…

Sketchy Saturday 03.30.2019...

...I'm not a huge fan of posting sketches because:

A) they're incomplete

2 - They may be spoilers of stuff I want to finish and share with you guys later

D. I'm very self conscience and feel weird posting stuff that doesn't meet a certain standard, which sketches rarely do.
