What started as a quick warm up sketch kinda took over my morning. Not upset though, it came out pretty good! Definitely need to do a full color version. Might make for a nice print. Was originally going for a dragon in the background, but the ouroborus fits in quite nicely.

Last week we got a new page of Black Label and a new full color image that I think will make a great Mail Club print. This week I hope to keep up the trend.
A new Black Label page should be up in a few days I needed to rework the dialogue a bit. This weeks warm up will star some familiar faces and the final June Mail Club mailing goes out today (only two to go).

...Someone asked when I was going to do another Tentacle piece, so here we are! It's part of a sequel/prequel that I want to do for my Tentacle Comic, Stress Relief. The comic basically shows the development of the P.B.S.R. (Post Battle Stress Relief) device. I initially did it in grayscale and then tried coloring it. Coloring went alright, buy I lost a lot of contrast in the process. Not sure which I prefer.

Took my first real break in a long time and I’m feeling more refreshed that I have in…well, a long time (terrible sentence structure). I’m pacing myself back into work and eating healthy. I don’t know why it’s easier to eat fruit and vegetables when your on vacation, but I don’t want to lose the habit. This weeks warm up is proving quite interesting! Might be done this weekend. You might recognize the two characters making a guest appearance (they’re part of a larger project I wanted to do a while back. Should be fun!

I like the layout, I like the buildup, but seeing meg straight on just feels flat.
