I didn't remember until after making all these noises that "Apple Music" had recently become a thing. Turns out you can make a pretty good beat with an apple!

Song Challenge: Mario Trap!

So one of my patrons, Andrew Jones, requested a chiptune + trap genre mashup, and I decided to give myself the extra challenge of making trap music using only sounds from the original Mario game. And also keyframing my face into the game by hand because I don't have motion tracking software? Whyyyyy

New video! Early for you guys. Just a simple love song - though I end up going a little nuts with the vocal harmonies at the end. This will belong on an EP of similarly chill uplifting summery sorta-pop called STARS that I hope to have out in August.

Guitar Power

This was a pretty intense project!

I was staying with Rob in Chicago just before we went on Tour Because Awesome, and we wanted to collab on a found sound video where we'd try to get every possible noise out of a guitar.

We made it to 500 - thank you guys so much! I didn't expect this to happen nearly so quickly. I'm still living nomad life for a couple more months but with the small amount of equipment I have with me I'm doing what I can on the Friends album and the massive b-sides compilation from goal #2, and they'll be the first things I release when I settle back home.
