this was back when i was deciding what exactly to put in the 'go check out the commotion' branch. i was having a bit of writer's block and for a time, had Mirai show up in this scene. for those of you who have played this scene, you'll know that she does nothing of the sort now. some part of me regrets not writing another scene with Mirai since she's such a fun character, the other is glad this didn't make it. i cut it for a reason; it just didn't flow.

chapter seven was initially extremely difficult to write. i had a lot of plans for the separating branches (stay in the vip room or check out the commotion) but all of them fell through. this is one of the more minor changes, where the hunter exited the room after their conversation with Mirai, rather than the ro coming in. to follow up, i had created the choice of staying to snoop or following Mirai, where the former would lead to a personal one-on-one conversation with the ro of your choice...
