Maverick: Battle Doodles

Battle system was recently updated so Maverick has been busy fighting people left and right. Here are quick doodles that I drew for each round. 

Maverick: Doodles #5

Here are some doodles that I drew as a quick hello of Maverick + other characters.

First one is short comic that I drew for Maverick gifting a Death Note item to Adam, who wanted it from weapon box gacha (yes, Death Note is a meme weapon item in this community). 

Maverick: meeting Tremo

To sum up Tremo, he's basically a swindler. When Maverick was young and his bunny was sick, Tremo pretended to be a vet and did fake treating on it, only to run away out of fear of vengeance. Miraculously, the bunny end up being healthy afterwards and Maverick thinks Tremo is basically a god. This is their first reunion in the train ever since Tremo ran away all those years ago.

Some more AU drawings of Maverick.

First is fantasy setting AU, where Maverick is faunus (anybody remember Mr. Tumnus from Chronicles of Narnia? Yeah that's him.)

Second is Animal Crossing AU, where he's a bear.

Third and fourth zombie apocalypse AU. The last comic is just Maverick listening to a rock song while killing some zombies. )You guys should listen to Tik Tak Tok by Silica Gel, it's really good!)

Calefic: Promise

To celebrate Callahan and Malefic's 500 days together (it's been that long already??) ,I drew a bit about Callahan's journey to break his curse. 

Callahan was afflicted with a curse that made him unable to touch anything with his bare hands. The necklace that he picked up when he was young was the trigger and for hundreds of years, he wasn't able to find a cure. He develops his distant and negative look on life but after meeting Malefic, he finds the courage to search for a cure on...

Created a rough timeline, briefly describing Maverick's past until now. Hopefully this helps to explain some of the comics and interactions with different character!

Maverick: gifts from Dove and Loro

You can send gifts to others in this community and I received a book and a match (they're both cosmetic items that decorate your nickname) from Dove and Loro respectively.  Here's a short comic where I made a short story out of those gifts!

Short sketches of Maverick in different AUs

Maverick: advice to Edward

Edward and Maverick has more defined relationship in the past where Edward helped him out escape from swindlers in a host club. Maverick advises Edward to run away, to help him just like how Edward did back then.

Maverick: fixing Sai's clothing

Maverick is (surprisingly) skilled in sewing and here, he fixes up Sai's cloak. In his own way, he tries to comfort Sai who lost his memories. 

Maverick: meeting Cain

Maverick,as one of the chasers, meet Cain who is a runaway. Even though none of them officially introduced themselves, there is a strange tension in the train where everyone already suspects others as someone from the opposing side. Maverick and Cain exchange some words, trying to figure out their identity.

Maverick: meeting John

Look into the past where Maverick meets John for the first time. Maverick's original Native American name is Mato and John was the one who suggests him a new name.

Maverick: Kiss Game with Theo

We had a Kiss game where you're paired with a random person and basically (you guess it) draw them kissing lol. It's all nonofficial and just for lols so I decided to create a genderbent version of Maverick and Theo as a lesbian student and teacher. The 2nd one was just a sketch that I drew of their actual self.

Maverick: Roommates

The train is divided into 1st class, 2nd class, and 3rd class. Maverick is assigned to 2nd class where he is sharing the room with 3 other passengers. The roommates are randomly assigned and surprisingly, everyone is a chaser. Here's a short comic their roommate daily life.

Maverick: Hair care time with Edward

Maverick, despite his looks, has very soft and silken hair. Edward, who has great pride in his own hair, comes to Maverick for advice. Maverick agrees and reminisces about his family as taking care of each other's hair was very much a big part of his tribal life.

Maverick: First Meeting with Ling

I wanted to draw Maverick and Ling's first meeting. Maverick comes to the big city, Las Vegas, after his tribe leaves for another state. He faces discrimination while working under the mafia family, Di Meo, and one day at the pub, Ling comes to help him.

Maverick: with Vandermeer

Vandermeer teaches Maverick how to play chess. Vandermeer is much older and is from a wealthy and high-class family but finds Maverick interesting. They both enjoy learning about new things and have a calm disposition so surprisingly they get along well.

Maverick: with Jonathan

A bit leap back into the past, where Maverick is waiting to get on the train Gold Ship and is accosted by Jonathan, one of the runaways. Since Maverick is one of the few poc characters in the Rp community, I wanted to show how odd he'd look standing in a train station by himself.

Maverick: with Sai

Maverick and Sai are asked to show their belongings for security purposes (I'm not sure if baggage check really happened in 1920s but oh wells!) and Sai is cornered against his will.

Maverick: with John

Maverick is tasked with finding a suspicious passenger on the train and ends up following after John instead. He's a sleezy fellow with a silver tongue that gets away with pickpocketing and all sorts of fraud so it's understandable?

Maverick: with Lincy

The Western RP community is divided into 2 groups: the chasers and the runaways. The runaways leader has stolen the Hope Diamond of Di Meo family so the chasers are tasked with retrieving the precious diamond back. Everybody is on abord on Gold Ship, a continental train that travels from California to New York.

Malcolm and Kurage also reached their 100 days a while ago so I drew this short comic based on short RP I had with Kurage's owner. You can see how different their personalities are from this short exchange.

HyeokMiyeong: 1999. 12.31 Part 2

Happy New Years! It's a bit embarrassing but I drew a full on smut comic on New Years eve and just finished it. I thought it'd cute and sexy if Hyeoksoo and Miyeong are getting it dirty right on the countdown. Hyeoksoo just can't leave his wife alone!

HyeokMiyeong: 1999.12.31

Today is Hyeok Soo and Miyeong's 100 day so I drew this short comic about their daily life. Canonically, after the events of Night Runner, Hyeok Soo help Miyeong help fend off her abusive ex-husband from stalking her. He also seizes the opportunity to just waltz in her life and move in with her. He's very much spoiled by her cooking and sewing skills. His work in underground gambling go places is taxing but he finds solace in her care.
