Well, this doesn't happen very often, but I lost all the work I'd done. I closed the file and for whatever reason hadn't been hitting save. Honestly, It's like I was back in high school. Well, that's it for these guys for now! I hope people enjoyed following them around. Well, I've been having a great time streaming the game, but I admit I'm starting to feel like I've said everything over and over again so much...I'm feeling a bit foolish with it. I'm still having fun playing the game though! I feel like the writing needs some tweaking, and there will certainly be an editing pass to catch as many of the typos as possible. Well, I was most of the way through tonight's Twitch stream when I realized this was going to be a bit late. Fortunately Cheyenne turned in the colors while I was streaming. Anyway, here it is!

I've been watching footage of people visiting the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser interactive hotel experience RPG...uh...thing. This week is going to be madness. Hey hey, everyone! It's boom day here in the US, and also very hot. Tomorrow a bunch more Kickstarter boxes will go into the mail, but today we're eating outside and enjoying the lovely way-too-hot for my polar-bear self weather. I'll be pining for the fjords until late October at least, but I do like looking at the sunlight. From the shade, of course.

I just re-read The Last Unicorn, for the first time since Junior High. I remember that I loved the book, and it was so good to revisit it. The language and visuals are so beautiful. I recently picked up The Way Home (Two Novellas from the World of The Last Unicorn) but it's been absorbed into the house and I can't find it at the moment. We just finished a 3.5 hour meeting where we watched a quick tour of the new video game, courtesy of Rain Games! It looks wonderful and I can't wait to play the Beta. Now I'm getting tonight's page posted quickly before I have to go do my jumping and shouting lesson. I'm a blue belt! Yay!

The Twitch stream was fun! I know some of you showed up for it, I saw names I recognized! I'm so grateful. Especially since later I went and looked at the analytics and saw how long I kept everyone up. Oops. I was so nervous I didn't have any idea how long I was going. I spent some time this weekend figuring out how to stream to Twitch, so that when the Girl Genius game goes up, I can show off my filthy casual gaming skills to an unforgiving world. That should be fun.
I've been practicing by every so often turning on World of Warcraft in Twitch and wandering around Azeroth in the most boring manner possible.

We had a meeting with Rain Games today, and I continue to be blown away by what I see in the Girl Genius: Adventures in Castle Heterodyne game. It looks so good! I love the music! There are several difficulty levels, so if I get stuck I can dial it down! The walls of the Castle have paintings drawn from the comic, as well as various pieces of art we've done over the years, and some of them give you lore. I'm so excited. I can't wait to play the final version.
