I've just posted the latest video for Commander Dante of the Blood Angels. This video looks at his axe, as seen in the photo above. Dante is being painted for Golden Demon, so the axe has to be painted to a high level, but the process can still be used for tabletop gaming, just not as refined.

Dante's New Axe!

This video looks to repaint the axe for Commander Dante after the first version was stripped.

Update!

I've just posted the latest video for Fulgrim, this time focusing on his hair and horns. I also go over some of the difficulties of working on Forge World resin figures like this.

*note. I forgot to mention in the video what I use the gloss varnish for! You will see me paint some on the model and it is when the surface is slightly rough. If you apply a few coats of gloss varnish it will smooth out the surface so that when you paint over it, it looks much neater.

Painting Nurgle Smoke and Flies

This is another video in the series for the Malignant Plagucaster, this time looking at the smoke, maggots and flies that he is materialising.

I'm still on my anniversary holiday, but I prepared another video before I left. It's the start of the new Arch-Knight, which Games Workshop sent me as a review copy.

The model is an alternate build from the one GW used to advertise, but I prefer this one with the fish helmet! I'm painting it in NMM (non-metallic metal) while trying to achieve a greenish, aquatic feel to the armour.

I've just posted the latest video which continues with Dante of the Blood Angels for Golden Demon. The video looks at his red shoulder pad and how to paint it using a NMM style, along with adding the NMM gold trim and discussing some of the difficulty with painting the red.
