I began doing some basic mapping of the colour/lighting of the fur/clothing, just so I know I won’t regret my decisions later :p This is often a very messy part of the process and becomes discouraging if the colours aren’t working out.

After priming the board I charted the rough with a grid system and used that to reference and transfer the image over. Once over, I filled the negative space with paint so I know how dark I can go with my shading.

OK... Update

So, my apologies for not having any updates for you guys the past few weeks. I literally just got my internet back after an over three week shit show with our provider and even now its still very slow, especially with uploads. I couldn't even upload anything from my phone to conserve what little data I have. They're coming back within the next couple days to fix it and when finally everything back to normal!
