How to make AI into a thumbnail
Though I do not feel I can use this because she is smiling ha , first to cartoon the image , then colour the hair and eyes adding lashes then to manipulate the features slightly eyebrows and lips cheeks , then highlight and shade the skin , crop around and add to correct sized background then to adjust hair and add eye sparkle I also tried to dull the teeeth as they were really white , let me know if you like this kinda thing x

And yes there are more than just these steps , as you can see first cartooning then manipulating the face , shading , highlighting, putting on a more sedate top , cloning some hair to cover shoulder , pushing up saturation for more vibrant skin, eye sparkle and background.
