Poll: Perspective

This is more idle curiosity than anything else, I'm not seriously planning a change, but what would you think if new passages for the games switched to third person perspective instead of *second person?

(I'm an author I remember which perspectives are which I swear please ignore the poll option saying otherwise.)

Not a great week for writing, lots of distractions and downers, but I persist!

This week we have more Marissa stuff, both of her pursuing the mystery of the Silver Squad, and of taking on the forces of HEEL. We also have a return to Riley, who can decide to simply be Tassita's roommate rather than her co-streamer.

Public Release Folder

Someone suggested this like... uh, two weeks ago? And I meant to do it almost immediately, but...

... Yeah.

Ahem, anyway. This will be a folder containing all the most recent public releases of the various bits and pieces of the Devious games, so you don't have to go digging through the old public releases. I'll try to keep it up to date, but... uh... well, yeah, two weeks.

So yeah, June was... not great.

While I had a ton of great ideas and initially had some great momentum going on them, issues such as power outages and illness came up and slammed the brakes on more than a few. I recovered (fairly literally) in the last part of the month but still.

So to sum up in brief:

Jamie has a new key from the box he can use, a new dream in the journal, and can recognize the demon from the other journal dream as a new form.

Cyan has a new storylin...

Hey guys. Sorry about radio silence last week, I usually try to at least make a quick post when I'm missing an update, but frankly I just had zero mental energy at all at that point. I got horribly sick that week and I'm still in the process of getting over it. You may recall that the week before that, I had my work derailed by losing power for a day and a half.

So yeah, to say that it's been a shit month is a bit of an understatement. I had several good ideas, and then wound up having ...

For those not following my twitter, I lost power at 5:30 am Wednesday morning and didn't get it back until about noon on Thursday, so as you can imagine that derailed most of my writing for the week (which had already been slow due to my shoulder still being a tad fucked).

Well this month had some real highs and lows. It started off well with a lot of inspired Michika content, as well as finally coming up with a premise to enable a sort of character I've been thinking of for quite a while; while the games have a lot of isekai fantasy settings, they don't really have "normal" player characters that come from those settings. (Ireth and Maxia not counting due to being "overlord" types.)
