Donation Drive Character Suggestions

As much as I hate to admit it, the next semester is quickly approaching. I'm going to try a new Donation Drive soon so I can raise money for books.

If you would like to see a certain character in this drive, please comment below with your suggestions. I would prefer if the character is either an "official" character (such as Gardevoir and Delphox from Pokemon, Krystal from Starfox, etc.) or one of my own characters (such as Emily). Name: Maniac II

Assets: Incredible strength. Powerful armor makes him resistant to heat and gunfire.

Flaws: Very slow. Armor is not completely impervious.

Maniac II is a newer version of the original Maniac cyborg who is rumored to work with supervillain Perfect Platinum.
