Officially up a few pounds, almost reaching the goal to 250. I'll get a video together and uploaded tomorrow. I think I've made some progress in the gym too! I don't plan on stopping at 250 once we get there either.

This is what happens when you quadruple the recipe and still try to only make two gigantic pancakes. It was more than the spatula could bear. Still it's over 1000 calories and 80 grams of protein regardless of its looks.
