The Before...

I just had a couple shakes and picked up two subs. My goal is to focus on the gym and increasing my eating capacity for my trip next week. I'm heading to Spain for a few days so I want to be able to enjoy and hold as much as I can! Other good news, I finally found out my favorite burrito place delivers! I couldn't find them on GrubHub or Ubereats but they have their own delivery service. So many breakfast burritos in my future 😍😍

It's like we never stopped

This stuffing brought to you by Mr. C and with it the announcement that the bulk is back on. 

My goal is make cardio a higher priority and take a more balanced approach than last time, because it was pretty crazy before; it was just non-stop feedings and, let's be honest, a really fast ramp up in weight with almost all of that being fat gains.

We'll see if I can do a better job resisting the siren's calls to just pig out non-stop, but I do want to add back enough to get to around 24...

What do these new pounds mean?

I'm being asked if I'm bulking again, and the short answer is... I don't know. I'm just enjoying doing what feels right and lately it's been lifting and eating big. I'm going to continue with it, but I'm not going to officially declare that I'm going for anything specific. For me, it's more fun and less stressful not having a goal.

The whirlwind has started to settle down; I'm getting settled into the new job and new home. I've been getting back into the gym and I hope to regain some strength and size as fall and winter roll in. Adam found out the local pizza place has buy one get one free late at night when they're getting close to closing time so I'm sure I'll hit that up soon!
