This shooting took place in Kyiv, I seemed to be in the best physical shape then, constant grueling workouts, but I liked them so much. I did bench press, deadlift, and my glute bridge was generally 150 kg! I really miss sports, everyone I want to go back with my strength.

Well, after 30 hours on the bus, one transfer and unbearable fatigue, I’m finally home. My city of Dnipro immediately greeted me with an air alert, fortunately, there were no explosions. Returning to Ukraine is always intertwined with both sadness and joy.

Life at home

At the moment, being in Poland visiting friends, I feel safe, although I flinch at every rustle, because every time it seems to me that it’s either an explosion or a drone, air raids are constantly heard. I can’t get used to it again. the fact that electricity, internet, communications, water is available regularly and does not disappear, before leaving Ukraine we were given electricity for up to 4 hours a day, it’s actually terrible, it’s very difficult to live in such conditions
