I'm posting the newest rural biome! I hope it's a nice break from more exotic underwater/sulphur maps I've posted recently. I treated fields on those maps as regular hexes - plants growing there do not seem like something that would provide cover. Those should align with hexes nicely, if you would like to treat them as Fields anyway though!

I'm finishing up the work on the first fully underwater biome. Quite a long time ago, I've made an ocean biome called Blue Expanse - though maps there were mainly water-based, it wasn't and underwater map, more like shallow waters type of terrain. This time, I'm going with fully submerged map set. I've tinkered on a few different layouts, but I ended up with the one heavy with rock formations, allowing you to take cover and forests of underwater kelp.

This terrain is something I wanted to work on since quite a time, but I wasn't sure how to deal with it. It's a sulphuric map with shallow pools where chemical compounds gather, with discolored rock and ground all around them and odd rock formations. The landscape is pretty exotic. The map is mostly open and flat.

I'm uploading finished versions of new forest maps! I've tinkered a bit on the layout, and decided to make tree stumps act like platforms you can stand on, instead of endlessly high pillars blocking all the view on tiles they occupy. I'm not sure if it was a good call, but I ended up labeling those as platforms, I think it gives a bit more interactions with those trees while you move around the map (if you like, simply ignore the labeling on the trees and pretend they are those endlessly high...

I'm working on a forest of giant trees! It's something I haven't tried before, but hopefuly the results are going to look fine. Due to the top-down perspective, to avoid obstructing the terrain layout I'm making much bigger trees indicated as tree cross sections to mark where the trunk would go up to the sky. I was also tinkering with those half-transluscent treetops with leaves, but it just looked messy, so I've dropped the idea.

I'm posting the newest desert biome. It was fun to work on deserts once more and try to crank up the looks of this type of terrain - hope you will like it! There is a big number of gorges on this pack of maps which can be used as trenches for cover and a bunch of high elevated cliffs blocking the line of sight or alternatively serving as vantage points.

I'm uploading the map package - it's something different from the usual maps I work on and I'm aware deploying and moving units here is very restricted. Jump packs are basically mandatory to play on this biome and usage of aircraft is highly encouraged. We have been on deserts, inside of jungles, molten worlds, frozen sectors and cities! Now I wanted to work on something a bit different - a map in the sky! - Or at very least, at the moutain-tops above the cloud level. Get your jumping capabilities ready for this one! Take planes and other aircraft out of your hangars! As movement limiting, a battle environment like this one can be, I hope it will end up fun and different from the usual biome.

I'm finishing up the work on Martian Habitat! I wanted to make a martian base map since a long time! I'm working on a new biome - Amber River! This time, I wanted to add something exotic and alien looking, so I've gone with the amber focused location on a desolate solid rock wasteland, with some rock formations and amber residues - possibly after some cataclysmic geological events. However stretched the excuse to put giant quantities of amber on the map is, I hope the map pack itself will be entertaining and fun looking!

I'm preparing the new biome themed around those bright, intense winter lakes being slowly frozen. The snowy winter is coming / is already here and I wanted to work on a biome showing the step before that - transition from the grasslands when the temperature suddenly drops.
The layout of this pack should be rather interesting to shuffle as the hills offer key vantage/cover points, while lakes provide the layout with thin corridors of movement/places to hide.

I'm preparing new archipelago - islands maps! Originally, I wanted this biome to be desert hills, but after some tinkering and testing I've reworked it into an island map with similar layout - I think it looks better and less desolate this way. I will be finishing up the biome soon.

After some alien and experimental maps, I've decided it would be good to work on something more Earthy and basic again. I'm uploading Primordial World maps! This biome is more open than usually, you see mostly flat area and some key features on sheets providing cover/obstruction! Take in mind, that lava pools on those maps are tricky, the ridge around them offer you the higher ground - but if you fall into the pool, there is no good way out and you are going to burn!
