Pre-war Charon

Megaton Home Casualwear

A quick doodle to test out Claire and Charon's casual outfits when they are in their Megaton home. I made it as kind of a guideline for another illustration I'm working on but I'm having a hard time finishing that one so I wanna share this on its own first. I recently discovered that Noelle and Boone share a very similar dynamic with the main characters of "Cells at Work!", even their roles are sort of similar (a courier and a guard.) Concept Art: Carla, Noelle, and the Sky Room

Today we have more concept art for the main story comic. I'm super excited to share this since it is such a big part of the first half.

The "sky room" refers to a reoccurring place in Noelle's dream where she meets the spirit of Carla Boone. Although this Carla is not actually a ghost, she is merely Noelle's imagination from what she's heard about her.

Noelle said something along this line quite often during the first half of FNV when she still viewed herself as a ghost. (She was killed twice: once in her past and again by Benny.) Noelle's story deals a lot with the concepts of death.

Boone Headcanons

As per request on Tumblr, I decided to share some of my Boone headcanons that we use in Noelle's story. A headcanon in this case refer to additional details we write to fill in the gap of the canon lore. Since Boone barely reveals his past in the game compared to other companions, we needed to write more details for him. These are however still very much based off of what we know about him in the game with some character analysis and educated guessing.
