I've managed to get in some sketch sessions inbetween animating and working on the crow project , some of these feature 3 new characters I've adopted including Licoricespeck (velvetquince's and Silkshade's mom), Kestrelpaw (fancy eyeliner cat // apprentice of Cats Of Prey) as well as my truesona (wing covered one) I featured in an eariler post as an anthro wip!

Another wip I'm unsure when I'll be able to complete but which I'm very excited to get to someday! Portraying Crowpaw finding comfort and company in corvids when she sneaks out from camp, it's also included/represented in a shot in the upcoming Loyal Brave True MAP ;)

Another big compiled post featuring clay sculpts and beaded animals this time! Been finishing up Drizzlemist's art as well as coding his toyhou.se page for you guys to see early! I also finished the aristocats inspired animated icon for Loulou!! Very happy with the result after pushing through the dreadul handdrawn gradients :,D (everything was done in clipstudio effect wise too!)

Hoping to do a lil walkthrough/talking video about this one and touching on lipsync, acting and overall process on this one soon!
I tend to lose motivation on these kinds of clips after a while so I hope making this will satisfy my craving for animated voice clips for a while until I once again forget how much work it is to make them and the cycle repeats

I originally stumbled upon some reel or tiktok showing the lasso trick ages ago and as someone who gets overhwelmed by the thought of sitting and rendering something as detailed as a crystal by hand I enjoy this process a lot more!
Next month I might try and show pearl/gold rendering!

I'm very happy with how this turned out, sitting and sketching traditionally was a nice change of pace although doing hatchwork for 3 hours on the intro shot alone got a bit tedious :,) Tomorrow's speedpaint will show a bit of the process such as the wolf closeup shot being drawn!

Balancing a ton of NDA animation work with a constant flow of content for you guys has been difficult hence the slightly less frequent posting however I bring pieces I'm excited to share nevertheless!

Been away the entire weekend seeing friends for the first time since July so I've worked hard to catch up with work ad bringing things to post, the rest was very much neded nevertheless!

Most of these are quite old, I haven't done realism in quite some time but they were a big part of my traditional art education during highschool mainly. Mediums range from acrylics & watercolors to ballpointpen, graphite and even some sculpts!
