Done at last and although it took way longer than anticipated (as per usual) it was nice putting in the extra effort into the bgs for once; I feel like I rarely get to do so! A labour of love and my goodness these to make me happy to draw when young,,,
I also always forget how long editing/comping these take, but I love seeing the layers come together when parallaxing and giving the 2d planes depth x)

I recommend downloading/saving each png for an easier time properly zooming in and reading! Hope it’s easy enough to understand and that at least someone finds any of these useful! The names for each method are just made up, if there are proper terms for them I apologize cx

This project I've had laying around for some time felt like a perfect smaller project to fit in inbetween all the tedious fur animation, and as I can't see a future where I'd find time to actually animate this sequence as I originally wanted to; it fits nicely as a PMV instead!
I'll also be travelling to visit friends to do a fun cosplay workshop, so cranking out the bgs on procreate whilst away will be perfect! I'll also try and put together a lil step by step pictorial for bgs as well...

The way I got patterns onto paper was simply importing them into my art program, making it the size I wanted on the screen and tracing baking sheet paper over it, however copyasting it onto an A4 format file & printing it in a size wanted works too!

With the Pure Imagination deadline creeping up I've been working on it like crazy now that I'm finally back home & good progress has been made!
