MAP reveal/wips

Map call comes out as soon as the neccessary things are completed! Hoping to do a few shots to add to the map call and I'm super excited to host this! Song will be revealed soon too!
(I got so inspired by the art books and ghibli documentaries I tried to sketch character concepts the way they do but I have yet to find how I want her to look while adapting her to the ghibli style!)

I often don't scrap projects far enough into the process for it to be worth showing neither do I create more than one concept for art or projects aha.... probably should try to change that habit :,DD

Here are some frames cut from the crowsong animatic wip (of her voice clips) plus a "mr sandman" meme I wanted to do for my friend but quickly gave up on.
Then an unfinished sketch of Louixie plus another eye version of crow for the I'd rather sleep meme I really liked!

Mini lipsync “tutorial”

I’m still learning lipsync but here are the best tips I‘ve learned from others and from practise! Of course they don’t need to be followed to a tea but I’ve noticed keeping those tips in mind help make the lipsync look more natural and realistic!

ANOTHER UNDERRATED TIP:

put the mouth frames/lipsync a frame or two earlier in the animation than what you might think they should be because not only do we shape the mouth before making the actual sound, but we take in...

Tears and CSP crossfade tutorials

UPDATE; added another image describing how I used the same crossfade technique to make it look like a blurred image coming into focus!

I 've spent so many hours daily on this (the equivalent to anime going with 90% of their budget at that one specific scene). If I have any self control I'll hopefully be able to keep the frame rate down a bit for the other parts..... Still very happy and I have lea...

Here are the speedpaints from the recent three comissions some of you patrons bought from me, thank you so much again!!

These are sped up between 500-1000% from the 100% sped up speedpaint already exported from procreate, these took so many hours and so I didn't want to make the video too long!

Pin hanger pattern

A little unique and different project which was super fun to make!

Instructions: 

Line up double folded fabric and measure out pattern

Cut and pin and sew edges (don’t forget to leave a big enough hole to flip inside out)

Flip inside out and sew together the hole

(you can skip these first steps completely if you have fabric that won’t fray and lightweight pins)

Have a first storyboard wip of Fae and her late sister, audio will be from a heartbreaking scene in Detroit become human (game), I also included a scrapped frame from the “arms unfolding” PMV on my yt and finally a cosplay design wip: animal crossing x Tokoyami!
