The base I made of 8mm .E.V.A foam with bond paper to make the reliefs of the woods, which took me days!!!
I still need to assemble the red edges but I'm still in doubt as to whether I should make E.V.A foam covered with fabric or painted to look like a wood texture...π€

After breaking the head a lot, the pieces of the legs were made in 3 little pieces in the shape of a "V" that united and closed together form a layer, it means that each leg has 11 layers, so in total there were 99 small "V" shaped pieces.
Then I just fit them inside each other and glued it to the shape of the curve I wanted!
After assembled, I reinforced the inside with E.V.A foam clay (It can also be reinforced with hot glue or wire) and stuck it all with hot glue in the entranc...

OMG, I'm 3 days straight making the mini guardian, I really broke my head about how to make it and this is the result I got, all made of styrofoam and pipe legs!
The whole base of it I assembled of Styrofoam and sculpted, then I covered it with white EVA foam clay like fondant in cake! hahaha and sanded by hand until everything was smooth!
And the details as you can see, were all made of EVA foam clay too!

There's no secret, it's 1mm EVA covered with elastane fabric, the whole process takes a little time but it looks very beautiful!

yaay! I finally finished Zelda's skirt!π
I needed to make this piece from scratch because I was not satisfied with how the old one had been!
And this time, I did it with red lining too, because in the old version I only made the sleeves with red lining! XD

Yay, I started the yellow details of the bodice!!
Starting with the sleeves, all the yellow strips on the hem of the sleeve as well as on the edge of the blue garment, all were made with hand sewing because I didn't want anything to be visible!

Tadaaaaa!!! Look what I finally finished! π
I'm so proud of how it turned out! It took me some long days working hard on it, I disassembled my old boot and used the same pattern, I also removed all the glue and paint from the heel to be able to reuse it!
NOW I'm getting very happy with how everything is going and I can't wait to finally being able to start sewing the costume! Are you excited too??

The boots process is taking a long time because I'm having to have a lot of contact with contact glue and that doesn't do me much good..
I'm doing a little bit of everything in the boots as it gets ready, so I have no way to make a post for each part but, here is a summary part 1! XD

Today I'm finishing the Zelda's pouch! yay~
The old Pouch I used only E.V.A inside and made it much bigger to fit my cell phone and makeup, but I came to the conclusion that I never actually used it during the event because I was afraid someone would mess it up without me noticing it on my back! hahaha

SO, here's the progress~
As I had commented before, I used a new material called polyurethane resin, it is very good for hardening quickly and the piece is indestructible and very light, however since was my first tiem working with this resin, some pieces came out with holes on them and until I got a beautiful one I needed to produce 8 buckles.
And the triforce stones I used the blue triangle of some key chains that I had made years ago that I sell, at least it was use...

Everything that had to go wrong, happened on this belt, I had to redo it 3 times! XD
This time my finish is much better on the edges and I am also very satisfied with the shade of yellow I created, not to mention the polyurethane resin that is magically perfect and I loved working with it !!!
