It's an edit/fusion of the base game item called Suit (Cleavage) and Suit.
The default one with cleavage have rolled up sleeve by default, so i made the non rolled up version of it, also with a minor adjustment so it can be used at the same time with "Blazer Open" in the "Socks" category
