Rivet's New Toy (nsfw, furry, kinky gear)

Yeaaaaahhh... I still like Rivet.

I'm experimenting a little more on how my coloring style. I like the result here but I don't like it AS much as the smoother stuff I was doing last week. Still. There are a lot of nice things about how this works, with more clearly defined shadows. I just think it's a less good imitation of cell shading that other artists do better than me.

I'll work it out I'm sure, just gonna keep practicing and adjusting to see how I like things.

Just... had Chun-li on the mind. I also experimented some more with complex rendering, coupled with more exaggerated figures. I rather like how this looks. I'd try to explain the process but... it might actually be better to show it in a video clip. Hopefully this link works.

Where've you been, Colette? (bondage+box kink)

Oh... just hiding out in storage, waiting for the mood to show up. The perspective on this one was trickier to accomplish than you might expect but I think it came out reasonably well. The bottom of the container is simple enough. But the top of the box, that's a completely different set of challenges. I should practice more difficult objects in 3d space too.

A couple friends recommended I just use clip studio's useful 3d tools but I'll be honest, I forgot they were even there...

Elden Ring, many deaths... (some violence)

My weekend has been totally consumed by this game and I'm thankful for the experience. Long followers might know I'm a bit of a Souls fan. Though I haven't played a lot of the Dark Souls games, I definitely loved what I did play. (had some issues with performance on the ps3 and my PC with the various games that made it tricky to play)

Bloodborne and Demon's Souls however, are a couple of my all time favorite games I've beaten. And I'm looking forward to getting through Elden Ring someda...

Suit up, Suzie (mecha colette pic?)

Someone asked about Suzie and I realized I hadn't drawn her in a long time either. I have so many OCs I haven't drawn. And Suzie deserves some more love, especially since I really did dig her recent redesign.

This however is an extension of one of the WEIRDER ideas I have. Cause... I can get a little weird. It was basically about Suzie as a mech pilot but Colette was a mech/suit that suzie could wear. It's conceptually weird and has some awkward issues I would have to explain away. But ...

Analog Horror Girl is a really fun character to draw, like surprisingly so. And now I want to think of office shenanigans as she's been allowed to travel the more common areas of this SCP like facility.  Just be careful not to look too closely at any reflections while she's in the room with you. Her reflections are significantly less nice than she is.

Anyone wanna help me come up with a name for her? I'm not super great with names.

Hello, my princess

Oh... just a little lewd thing. The world's a bit of a mess right now, and I feel like that's underselling just how awful things have been. So one of the things I've been relaxing with has been this cute little dress up/dating/choose your own adventure game. The outfits and the stories are nice! But oh no, there's a commanding beautiful sexy guard captain to romance and now I'm all in on this game...

I may or may not draw more sexy fan art for it, but I am probably gonna keep playing it...

Sorry for the late post today. Had been stressing out all day. But I still wanted to post something of course. I rather like the color of the skin here. Though I think I could do better with the modelling. Especially of the muscles. When it comes to muscle girl pinups, people love seeing well defined edges to them.

I think the Star Trek Lower Decks Ensign Rutherford piece is worth finishing but I'm not totally satisfied with the anatomy on his left arm. It might take a little more work before I finish it. Still, I think it'd be fun to get a little bit of beefcake in my art. And I'd been wanting to draw Rutherford for years. I think his face came out pretty good in this sketch, it's like you can hear his catch phrase "okie dokie" from the drawing.

The Orion Tendi could use a little more work.

Gas Run (horror, light zombie violence)

I know I've probably talked too much about this method of lighting, but I think what it does for me is that it works VERY WELL in creating moody atmosphere. This is especially handy if you want to imply there are a lot of zombies just out of your view, without having to draw a whole lot of zombies in great detail.

Speaking of details, I kinda held back on just how violent this image could be. But it's also true anything more violent doesn't really tell the story of the moment any better...

Just a Princess

Okay, so I know I have a weird eclectic taste in videogames. The latest one I've been enjoying is a choose your own adventure dress up princess mobile game and it's like... pretty dang cute. And it's been a good way to relax and read without real stress involved. Plus it's given me inspiration for cute outfits. I should try drawing some of them later.

In some of my off time, I'd been playing this game called Project Zomboid. It's a really neat simulation game about surviving in a lonely zombie apocalypse. There's no real end goal except to survive as long as you can, cause you will eventually die. The neat aspects of it are how deep the simulation elements go. Like... wearing too much armor? You might be getting sweaty and tired. Want to break down furniture to turn it into barricades? You better have the tools and knowledge so you can avo...

sweater weather

Just a rosemary sketch. I haven't drawn her in a while. She's a little more curvy than last time too. I've been thinking about how I want to exaggerate differences in the characters and when it comes to Rose, she's been getting more buxom and curvaceous. Which, ya know I'm totally fine with. So I think I'll push her further out from "standard psudonym pretty girl" range and maybe a little closer to "big" like all the cool internet artists are doing nowadays.

Just a sketch. I don't think I'm gonna continue this one but I want to learn how to draw a really cool looking leather jacket. There's a way the jackets fold and such that is different from other clothes, that looks cool or tough. I'll figure it out someday.

Oh... just being silly here. It's that Jurassic World character that I kinda like drawing too much, and somehow finding herself with even more clothing damage since the last time. You'd think the characters could find something else around the island considering how long they've spent there...

Pet Rivet (kinky, nsfw, nudity)

I'm still on my Rivet kick. It might stay that way for a while I think. I dunno. Rivet's cute and I'm learning a lot with textures and lighting with drawing her. Also the cartoonish proportions are encouraging me to push out and away from stricter realism and emphasizing cute curves and stuff. It helps when your studies are also a lot of fun to draw.

Splitting Headache (biomancer horror wip)

This is probably gonna look wicked in color, but I can't quite decide if I like the anatomy on the drawing just yet. Still, I figured I should share the work in progress as is.

If the two "mancer" characters can be defined in a single word I would say that the Technomancer is always angry. Biomancer is always tired. I imagine the strain takes a lot out of her. It's the creatures that burst out of her that have all the energy. What's left is just barely staying awake to keep it together....

Pretty Julie Technomancer's had a rough night

I hadn't drawn Julie in way too long, but I've been getting into some heavy SCP/Horror type stuff lately and I had to bring back the original girl from my "SCP Magical Girl world."

I'm really happy with how this pic came out too. I especially like how the ground looks, and how it just took a simple trick to make the texture look like it has real depth. You basically just take the texture and free transform it to fit the ground plane you want your character on.
