Update 13 Progress

Hey everybody!

Work has begun in full on Update 13 and things are moving along pretty well. I did take a couple of days off to work on the upcoming DLC, which I think I'll announce tomorrow, but other than that it's been all 13, all day, every day. With Update 13 being so huge, I need this to move along pretty fast, and I've been happy with it all so far. Let me show you where I'm at:

Hey everybody!

For the first time in weeks I slept great last night! Back at home in my own bed is the best. But there is still a ton of work to do in the house. Everything needs to be cleaned, but the builders who will fix the gaping hole in my ceiling will be here later this week and I know I'll have to clean everything again afterwards.
The power is not back to what it was either. When I turn on all ACs the breakers keep tripping, and I haven't even hooked up my pc yet.

RJ Ramblings

Hey everybody! 

This last week has been pretty rough once again. Not living at home just sucks. The bed sucks. My back has been killing me. I haven't slept good since the fire. The dogs are driving me crazy, because they don't have a back yard to play in and are feeling cooped up too. Just high stress levels all around. 

Also, I feel like I'm not getting the help I need by those around me, but I think that's mostly just on me. Like, I'll see something that needs to be do...

Update 12 Patron-Only Release

Here it is, everybody! Update 12 is available to all patrons now!

Update 12 Beta Release

Hey everybody! Update 12 is here.

My alpha team has tested the game pretty thoroughly, so this should be close to the final version of the update. There are currently no known bugs. There is a changelog in the menu now that I forgot to update for this build, so that will change before the patron-only release next week. Also the credits were not completely updated, so those will be slightly different as well in the next version.

Other than that, I think this version should be goo...

Update about last night's ramblings

Hey everybody. I just wanted to give you all a little update.

We found a local house to stay in for a week or so while they are rewiring my house. Its going to be a bit of an adjustment, but we're able to keep the dogs there with us, and I'll be able to hook up my pc and everything.

I dont expect there to be any delays with the update release.

I appreciate all the concern and compassion. We're all doing okay. Love ya!

Hey everybody.

I'm writing this a little early, on my phone in a hotel room, because I don't know if I'm going to have time to write it tomorrow.

Earlier today, an electric fire started in my attic. The breaker tripped and everything shut off. Then when I turned the breaker back on, there was a buzzing noise and the smell of ozone. I turned it back off quick, but shortly after I smelled smoke and went outside and saw smoke coming from the top of the house.

Update 12 Progress

Hey everybody! Not much to say this week on the progress. I finished the update earlier in the week, then worked my butt off on Tuesday and Wednesday to get it tested and polished enough to go to Alpha testers. It is currently in their hands and they've begun testing it. 

Throughout the next week, I'll continue fixing bugs and polishing until next Friday when it'll go to all the $20+ patrons here. Everything is currently on track for release and i can't wait to get it to you all. <...

Hey everybody!

Nothing big happening in my personal life last week. Things have been going pretty good though. It's super hot in Texas, but we have three air conditioners on my side of the house, and 2 on my roommate's side, so trying to stay cool. Haven't been going outside very much, except to work on the truck a little bit, which I have to do more of this week sometime. 

I built a couple of Lego sets this week. I did the new Van Gogh Starry Night set, which was really cool...
