That's the same phone I have. Just bought it NIB on eBay last year when I switched from Verizon to Consumer Cellular. I tried an A14, but didn't get on well with the locked-down filesystem that Google has decided we all need (grumble grumble). So found the S8 Active since it still runs Android 9. Life is good. As long as it makes calls and shows pr0n, I don't care about the rest.

2024-07-15 00:23:53 +0000 UTCI'm still in that "phones shouldn't need a case" stage. Which explains why still have the last phone made that didn't need one, the S8 Active, only problem is the OS version probably won't be supported soon. Not sure what I'll do then...
