You could play a drinking game with Thiel's ums, errs & ands but I think you'd die of alcohol poisoning halfway through the show. It took me a couple of tries to listen to the start of this episode because ever time Thiel spoke my brain switched off and when Marsh and Cecil started speaking I realised I hadn't taken in a word of what Thiel had said

Don’t you build the West pile first and work in the shade of the West (or maybe the East) pile. It faces North - South - East - West because Egypt is hot and your slaves will keep dying on you unless you work in the shade. Aliens did it though, that’s the simplest explanation.
