Andy and I sat down to talk about Disco for all of you wonderful patrons... And we had, quite frankly, a discussion I have been waiting a year to have. We get REAL deep on my fundamental disagreement with him over some of the moves the Disco (or Shenzhou) team make in this episode. We were going to do the second episode as well but we ended up talking for 3 full hours about this show in a way I have not yet been able to. So please enjoy a true Trek centric discussion almost from top to bottom.
Hope you guys like this. We actually had a great time doing it. (Who knew?!)

(who I love as a character.). Sarek has 3 children. A (adopted) human, a human/vulcan hybrid, and a full Vulcan. All three at some point in their lives commandeer a starship because they believe they are doing the right thing. Burnam (shown), Spock in the Menagerie commandeers the ship, abandoning Kirk being because he believes he owes it to Pike to make his life better, and Sybok in STV.
