Hey Matt and Andy! I always assumed the reason they didn't fall through the floor was because of the gravity plating in the floor, basically the technology that makes artificial gravity simply also stops phasing. That is what I assume in most shows that have a "And now we can walk through walls, but don't fall through the floor" plot-line, is that gravity simply stops it.

If they are cloaked they shouldn’t be able to walk through things never mind fall through the floor. When a ship is cloaked the people on board don’t suddenly drop out the ship. No answers just more questions? I think I broke it just abit more. From TimF
