2020-10-08 16:50:44 +0000 UTCWhy is it, that whenever Starfleet meet other cultures (Picard/Troi as a Romulan, Riker doing a Ship Exchange with Klingons, etc ) they always go out their way to show the other cultures Eating habits being so undignified or disgusting... Id like to see an episode where a Vulcan comes to earth and witnesses Geordie eating a greasy burger with his hands and dropping lettuce on the floor and say "5 second rule" picking it up and eating it, then Data going "5 second rule, processing... ah yes, a fake custom created as to make one feel better for eating dirty food off the floor", Im sure they wouldnt be impressed... and dont let them see people trying to eat spaghetti bolognese without making a mess...
