Was Picard a 'success'? Not artistically but commercially (which is the success that counts). Did S3 make up for the terrible S1&2? It managed to backdoor pilot ST:Legacy, so maybe not a total loss.

There's a YouTube video with compelling evidence that Picard's catch phrase is not Engage or Make It So, as is so widely believed, but based on his many times he says it, it's actually "oh, yes". If I find the video I'll post a link
