You-Pick Halloween adopt #3: Kawaii Clown Witch

She and the other design are going to go public sometime in October, but she's open for early claims/bids to patrons. All purchases include full-resolution versions of the illustration, flat color pngs, and a version without a background. This one also comes with a version without makeup!
Autobuyers get a free full-color nude and/or underwear alt of the design, though, as well as free design revisions. ;3
