"It's dirty. It's unpoetic. It's war." When you said that talking about the death of a particular slug, I got chills, because that's exactly what Animorphs is. The final story arc proves that in so many ways, giving the harsh realities of war a feeling of realness that just wasn't seen in kids' books in the 90's. I can't wait for the review of the rest of the final arc, especially the last four books! Keep up the humor and great commentary!
