I wasnt aware that all enuchs sound like mickey mouse. also the high pitched voices thing was generally only a thing for eunuchs who were castrated at a very young age, so unless these guys were castrated as children, they shouldnt really sound like this at all. so, basicly, stereotyping all eunuchs into sounding the exact damn same. not the biggest flaw of this book, but its still a thing. Also, i just have to say that ive never been a fan of the half undead thing some authors in modern times have invented for hel. it seems to me like an attempt to make the norse lady of the dead into a obviously evil goddess, when in reality, hel was a pretty decent goddess of the dead, as those who went to her realm was given a fate befitting their deeds in life(evil folks suffered while those that were decent folk had a peacefull if dull existence) as opposed to odin who took in all those who died in battle no matter how evil they were.
