Did you try both of the razer files in the folder? One is blackwidow and one is huntsman but try both. The way synapse handles file importing is tragic and ive done everything i can at this point. Be sure Synapse is up to date as well. If you have a much older blackwidow it could also be part of the reason Synapse treats it differently.

2024-01-28 17:51:59 +0000 UTCJust like the others, there are keys not lit on my Blackwidow. 1,4,Q,X,CAPS LOCK, SHIFT and 1 2 3 on the number pad. Most of the other profiles are the same.
