Working on Sergio Dondoli’s Happy Life taught me a lot about slowing down and seeing the world the way Sergio does. One of my favorite parts of his philosophy is the idea of his “happy cows.” He believes that when animals are cared for and loved, they give back that same energy. And he applies that same mindset to life — respect the earth, appreciate the small things, and put love into everything you create.

But what really sticks with me is Sergio’s belief that life without a dream isn’t really life at all. He has this childlike wonder that fuels him — always chasing, always creating. And when you taste his gelato, you can feel that joy, like a little scoop of possibility.

I’m so grateful we get to share this film with the world. It’s now available to rent, and I hope it inspires you the way Sergio has inspired me — to live with love, to dream big, and to savor every moment.
