YOU DECIDE: Next Series for the Kill Count
Added 2017-09-01 20:26:09 +0000 UTCHey everybody! I've been saying I'd do this for a while and now it's finally time - time for YOU, my wonderful supportive patrons, to help me decide what the next (small) series I cover on the Kill Count will be!
This is a poll open to ALL patrons, no matter the amount, so please respond to it. YOU CAN VOTE FOR AS MANY SERIES AS YOU WANT - you don't have to pick just one! And if you have a suggestion for a series with 4 or less movies total in it (including all sequels and remakes) that isn't on the poll, feel free to comment letting me know and I'll add it. **UPDATE - looks like I can't actually add options. Sorry!!**
The poll will be open for one week, and the winner will get covered soon - probably in late October or early November, after I do a couple of one-offs following the conclusion of the Child's Play series.
Thanks so much for your support! Looking forward to seeing how this goes!!

2017-09-18 03:03:49 +0000 UTCThe Cube Movies should really be done soon, they're pretty fun to watch to be honest

2017-09-16 20:42:10 +0000 UTCThat would be cool

2017-09-09 21:08:10 +0000 UTCDown the road (whenever you get to another big series) I would absolutely love to see the SAW Films!
Justin Smith
2017-09-05 15:09:05 +0000 UTCThe 5th (which I've never seen) wasn't finished so the only cut around is something cobbled together with minimal new footage and a lot of archive stuff from the earlier films.
Dead Meat
2017-09-04 00:01:20 +0000 UTChow does sleepaway camp have 4.5 movies?
BladeRaider
2017-09-03 23:58:27 +0000 UTCSleepaway Camp for sure. I'd love to hear your take on that craziness.
Brody Gogatz
2017-09-03 17:34:53 +0000 UTCMight not technically be horror (Well I guess the first one is) but the Cornetto Trilogy would be great - Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and The World's End. A few memorable kills in it, I can't stop thinking of the church one in Hot Fuzz.
Lalatina Ford
2017-09-02 20:36:32 +0000 UTCI agree on I Know What You Did Last Summer. Sad it didn't make the list. Also the Urban Legend franchise is pretty small. That would be cool too. Keep up the good work James!
DC
2017-09-02 19:55:44 +0000 UTCWith alien, it currently has 6 films, including Prometheus
Robert Hardy
2017-09-02 17:31:44 +0000 UTCI here Sleepaway Camp is sort of the Citizen Kane of the horror franchise
Jacksonnn
2017-09-02 06:18:07 +0000 UTCHatchet would be my #1 vote
Jesse Nguyen
2017-09-02 04:43:33 +0000 UTCPlease consider the Bloody Murder films. Delightful knock off garbage.
Harry Nott
2017-09-02 02:49:40 +0000 UTCI see Puppet Master didn't make the list, and while that bums me out, it is a series with like A DOZEN movies, so that's totally understandable.
Adam Wurstmann
2017-09-02 02:14:07 +0000 UTCThe first Jaws was the best one, but I would like to see how bad the other ones were to the famous JAWS.
Layne LeBoeuf
2017-09-02 00:28:37 +0000 UTCWitchboard is a very good '80s horror flick that had a few sequels. I'd like your take on it!
Sean Harrington
2017-09-02 00:07:00 +0000 UTCOh yeah that's right! BTW if you do this series I'm 100% expecting you to wear some shorts like Ronnie's.

2017-09-01 23:10:37 +0000 UTCI'm all for Sleepaway Camp! I'd also like to humbly suggest the Grudge or the Ring series as future choices.

2017-09-01 21:41:17 +0000 UTCAww dude. It is amazing for haw ridiculous it is. And the kills... So perfect. Limbs completely ripped off and everything

2017-09-01 21:41:11 +0000 UTCOhhhh sorry I didn't know about that pedophilia. That's crazy. Well yea minus jeepers creepers
Maty2391
2017-09-01 21:41:04 +0000 UTCI still have yet to see it!
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 21:39:50 +0000 UTCAw shit, I should've included Candyman and IKWYDLS. I don't know Satan's Little Helper. And yeah, nto doing Jeepers Creepers because I don't want to support the convicted pedophile director
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 21:39:23 +0000 UTCI voted for Sleepaway Camp ;)
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 21:38:29 +0000 UTCNot a bad idea - but I can also just cover The Mist as a one-off. It may be the most-requested one-off film after You're Next and The Belko Experiment
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 21:38:17 +0000 UTCI can't wait to do them all.
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 21:37:51 +0000 UTCFunny enough, that guy's not a kill! He gets taken to the hospital. Just a burn victim.
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 21:37:43 +0000 UTCLol, that it does. The first film might not have that many kills, though, right? I don't know. I'm not a HUGE fan of those movies (I've only seen the first 2) but I'll cover them eventually
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 21:37:23 +0000 UTCOooh, the American Werewolf films would be great!
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 21:36:45 +0000 UTCIt's got 5 movies so just outside the scope of size I want to handle right now after Child's Play threw me for a loop. I'll get to it eventually!
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 21:19:57 +0000 UTCFinal Destination! I've seen tons of people requesting it too.
Bleepbloop
2017-09-01 21:15:20 +0000 UTCHatchet is sooo good though, so my vote is there. But, to be honest every one of these is good
Nathan Smith
2017-09-01 21:08:20 +0000 UTCHey! James has already said he won't do Jeepers Creepers due to pedophilia issues on the part of the director (I believe it was). As far as I know, though, the others are valid options.
Thalia Young
2017-09-01 21:07:36 +0000 UTCAW SHIT YEAH
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 20:59:12 +0000 UTCAlso, Slumber Party Massacre (I, II, III) could be a future option.
Branden Barker
2017-09-01 20:58:32 +0000 UTCHow about I Know What You Did Last Summer, Satan's Little Helper or Candyman?
Maty2391
2017-09-01 20:56:00 +0000 UTCMan, my heart says ALIEN but the rest of me says SLEEPAWAY CAMP! You'd KILL it with SC! So much camp (puns intended!) and solid kills! Either are perfect for you, though.
Branden Barker
2017-09-01 20:55:59 +0000 UTCYou can maybe do a small collection of Stephen King movies. Bunch 3-4 together, like The Mist, Dream Catcher, etc. just an idea cause I'd love to see you review The Mist.
Amanda Ocasio
2017-09-01 20:52:10 +0000 UTCSleep away camp has excellent kills! Who doesn't want to see a pedophile killed with a boiling pot of corn?
BolognaDavenport
2017-09-01 20:51:34 +0000 UTCCRITTERS has 4 movies
Richard Lucero
2017-09-01 20:43:10 +0000 UTCI second Ginger Snaps. Or similarly, the American Werewolf films
Tyler Wood
2017-09-01 20:42:44 +0000 UTCThese all good suggestions
Richard Lucero
2017-09-01 20:40:02 +0000 UTCWAIT NEVERMIND looks like I can't add options SORRY
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 20:39:33 +0000 UTCPerfect, adding it
Dead Meat
2017-09-01 20:38:33 +0000 UTCVHS and The Purge films are some suggestions!!!!
Ted Lionetti
2017-09-01 20:38:08 +0000 UTCThe Ginger Snaps trilogy (the first one being my favourite horror film of all time) would be another great Kill Count series to do!
Melissa Noël
2017-09-01 20:36:39 +0000 UTCThe Purge only has three films, that's another suggestion right there.
Tyler
2017-09-01 20:33:42 +0000 UTCYou could consider the VHS series. The short film format could make for an interesting Kill Count
Tyler Wood
2017-09-01 20:33:02 +0000 UTCI would suggest the Psycho series, except only two people die in the first one lol. Can't wait to see whatever gets chosen!
