That is definitely one of the weakest excuses used in the whole series about why someone deserves to die. Shouldn't Jigsaw also have included all alcoholics, smokers and general drug users? Also...looking back on these movies a decade later, I find it hard not to be incredulous about how somebody could put together these crazy traps and timing of videos/audio playing. Like there isn't one occurrence where the wrong person listens to a tape or sees a video haha.

Like you point out in the KC, John's insistence that Timothy is a human being clearly doesn't jive with how much he loves putting him in the rack. Hoffy is less of a hypocrite so I guess that's bad?
