I have a personal connection to Night of the Living Dead, incidentally: I have a however many great paternal uncle that's buried in the cemetery they shot the opening scene in (he passed away shortly before they started filming), so in the fictional universe that Romero's ____ of the Dead movies take place in, he likely would've been among the first zombies to start roaming around.
