Kill Count Movies for JANUARY and FEBRURARY
Added 2020-01-14 21:43:37 +0000 UTCHi patrons! Just wanted to update you about what's going on with Kill Count movies. As you know, I recently had a poll to determine the next film to be covered on the Kill Count, and the winner was Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019).
HOWEVER, after that poll was concluded, I was contacted by Dollar Shave Club, who wants to sponsor a Kill Count! Hurray! I finally get to shave! Thing is, they want to have their episode come out in January, and I've always planned to have their sponsorship be fun and thematically relevant by covering Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007).
THEREFORE: The Kill Count on Friday January 31st will be Sweeney Todd, and Scary Stories will thus be the February 28th episode. Hope that all makes sense and is understandable!
Also, to let you patrons in on some more privileged information - the fact that Valentine's Day this year falls on a Friday did not escape me. February will actually get two Kill Count episodes, despite the new schedule, because it seems like the perfect opportunity for me to cover Valentine (2001). And just so you know, that's always been my plan, even with the new schedule - this isn't me adjusting out of fear for the channel or anything.

I absolutely adore that movie, my guilty pleasure since so many people tend to be less than thrilled about it. Your Sweeney Todd was amazing. :) I love watching and rewatching your videos and live-streams. Thank you also for turning me on to Crypt TV btws.
