2024-09-04 16:39:21 +0000 UTCI really like this. I experimented with something like this for 5e character sheets. The idea was to come up with the simplest representation of the sheet with the most use. For example, you usually don't need to know every skill bonus: any that you only have +0/+1 in you probably won't attempt often. And anything really low you can group under an "This character avoids" label. Skills in the middle of the range (it's either a main stat OR proficient but not both) gets grouped under "passable" and what's left csn go under "Great at" It's a fun exercise to look at the groupings after they're formed and try summarize them in a word or two. I also did similar things with the class features and spells.
