Just finished the ep and your detective work and reaction is hilarious lol. But yeah I’m guessing archer had many experiences through different timelines and each ending the same so he figures it’s best to put an end to his past/present self. My guess tbh but that could get into the multiverse theory unless I’m tweaking.
