I saw the movie right before listening to this podcast and this is what I got with the timelines. In the movie you only really explored 2 timelines, the sacred timeline (that we know from the mcu) and that was the universe Paradox offered to send Deadpool. And you had the 10005 (or something like that) timeline where our deadpool came from and that was the same timeline were logan (the movie) took place. In the future that will say. He talked to paradox about doing between timelines every other week to spend time with his friends and be an avenger in the sacred timeline. I think he got rejected by the avengers in his timeline 100005. That's what I got anyway:)

He said he didn't really understand Reynolds' style of humor while they were on Blade: Trinity, but then it made more sense to him on Deadpool. I don't think there's any lingering bad blood there.

And that death sends ripples down the timeline which eventually kills the timeline. It's why in Deadpool 2 wade says about getting rid of all gluten in the world. Because the American government used corn syrup to genetically phase out mutants
