As I was saying...
Today, I want to introduce you to a new villain/anti-hero in the Class Comics universe who will make his first appearance in the upcoming "MY BOYFRIEND IS A SUPERHERO" series.
BACCHUS is the Roman God of the Bacchanalia... erm... so he likes WINE and ORGIES! LOL! XD Trust me -- this dude throws a HELL of a party!
Back when I worked for AVATAR PRESS in the early 2000s, I did a story for them that featured a version of this character (albeit a very different one) and I've since been fascinated with the idea of a deity that loves to throw parties and incite others to partake in all things sexual and hedonistic. Also, recently my wonderful friend and long-time collaborator DAVID CANTERO reawakened my interest in Roman mythology with a project he so beautifully illustrated for one of his own Patrons.
And so, here we are. Today you're meeting BACCHUS in all his glory as he makes his debut as a HOMOCLIX FIGURE -- figure #47, to be precise -- and you get to meet him ahead -- WELL AHEAD -- of anyone else!
He's a 6-STAR "GOLD EDITION" figure on account of his Godliness! Heh! Heh! Heh!
