I hope you’re all doing well and enjoying Pride month!
I suppose you wouldn’t necessarily know it, but I’ve been away for the past week and a few days.
I had to travel and go visit my parents as my mother’s health is declining. Some of you already know that my Mom has advanced Alzheimer’s and everything’s really touch and go these days. It’s pretty rough on my whole family.
Through the power of “pre-scheduled posts” though, I’d like to think that my absence went mostly unnoticed! Hee! Hee! I wanted to be sure you had plenty of fun content to make June a special month. Also, I managed to answer some of your wonderful comments while I was on the road -- I must admit, that helped me keep my head above water.
However, the reality is that this trip was really draining emotionally. I’ve come back feeling pretty pooped and I’ve decided to adjust my plans for this month’s art.
I’m delaying the LOVE LOST #3, CHAPTER 1 pages until next month, and instead, I’ll be posting a new 2-page mini-comic called “AFTER THE PARADE”! This will show us what our heroes got up to after the pride parade. It’s good, raunchy fun, I guarantee! ;)
Additionally, I’m delaying the next “DONGS IN THONGS” episode. With any luck, I’ll get to it next month.
I wish I had a spare set of batteries, guys, I really do. I’m just pretty exhausted… these trips always take so much out of me. I’m so sorry for the change of plans, and I really appreciate your patience. I really feel that “After the Parade” will be a fun distraction while you wait for more Cam, Locus, and Puma.

For years, you have showered us in love with all of your attentive replies & detailed drawings (since long before I was a patron). Now it’s our turn to return the favor. I don’t know if I’ve ever told you this, but the reason I pledged, all those years ago, was for your replies. I loved your art, and so I’d go looking for whatever I could find online. Whenever I’d came across your stuff I would see what people were commenting but, more specifically, I’d see these incredible responses you’d give people. It was crazy to me that such an amazing artist would also take the time to genuinely interact with fans. You don’t even find that in some friendships. I saw the community you’d built, and desperately wanted to be a part of it. You know, in reality, you don’t owe us anything. You could give us like 2 or 3 things a month and we’d be ecstatic. You’ve set the bar so high for yourself, and yet you always, always, always knock it out of the park. I hope that now, as you go through these insanely challenging situations, you can give yourself permission to breathe, to take some me time, and give yourself just as much love as you’ve given us.
