Putting the finishing touches on the base structure for subchapter 08, then moving into polishing!

Begin polish of 08 in proper
Animate remaining sequences for 08 and implement them into OCD

Invert Y axis from the mouse input
finishing up the remaining logic for inventory/UI. just need to hook up it to a new UI logic.
