June Jaunts

Time for another monthly update!

Things are ticking along smoothly and I hope you’re enjoying Big Villainy, Little Justice and The March of the Thundress. I’m happy to see I’ve more or less got a handle on the whole Nidings #2 story now, with ARCs of the early complete series available to the top tiers. Fair warning, it gets pretty wild and very dark! From where I’ve got to, I’ll have to follow it up with plenty more, too. Might start pitching it as The Game of Thrones of Giantess Media. Except I’ll try and nail the landing better.

Incidentally, I'm moving the Tier 2 updates from every other Friday to every other Wednesday, as I realised that Fridays were leaving too big a gap between Tier 1 & 2 updates (or bringing them too close together, depending on your perspective....).

On the Tier 1 front, my efforts with BVLJ have backfired somewhat – not because I’m not enjoying it a lot (I am!) but because its episodic nature is leading to each story being about twice the length of my usual updates. My biweekly plan hasn’t really reduced my workload or the overall size of content I’m releasing! But at least it provides a good chunk of variety, and I’ve got all sorts of ideas to expand it.

My general plan at the moment is to group BVLJ into 10-12 episode arcs a bit like seasons or comic volumes. I’m thinking of slipping in some unrelated stories between its regular releases, and maybe mixing in another serial, time-depending (first thoughts being to return to Sensus Supra, but I’ve got a bunch of half-finished stories to put out, too).

In May, I also shared a bonus story The Big Exam, from a commission; if you didn’t see that, it’s up here. And we also had the release of the fantastic Beanstalked comic adaptation, available from JackOfBullets here.

And I've added some snazzy new images for the Patreon tiers, though I'm not sure what link you need to go to see them... And I've put up an eBook for Fourth Dates, which will be available from all major retailers soon. (Mostly I just wanted to design a cover for it.)

Next up: a little request for reviews. I've now got a stonking 12 books available commercially, though I haven't done much to promote them in specific stores.
