2024-09-11 19:17:38 +0000 UTCI love that the most recent Zelda games have further emphasized Zelda's importance to the series and more specifically to Hyrule. Tears of the Kingdom in particular leans hard into the idea that Zelda is the beating heart of Hyrule and its populace, and it's very sweet.

2024-09-10 16:50:38 +0000 UTCLoved this one, I appreciated the Skyward Sword piece because, full disclosure, I remember the 1up review of it and people were mad because I think the rating was a B…which I felt was generous and probably involved a Wii Motion Plus that worked which I could never get to fully work on mine and I had to play through the entire game this way! Bleh! However, I did enjoy the story and the Zelda arc in particular was quite good as you get to see this evolution from friend of Link to capable adventurer to literal reincarnation of a goddess! You just have to battle the controls and Fi explaining what to do every five minutes to enjoy it!
