Besides Kim Possible, Harry Potter is one of my favorite franchises. And of all side characters Fleur Delacour is has a very classy crown on her golden head. ๐ฅฐ

For the observant Harry Potter fans among you, my dear patrons, youโll see this is most likely the Yule Ball in the fourth book - and there Harry was only 14 and Fleur 17. ๐

Considering that Magical Europe, or at least Britain, is stuck in the Victorian Era three years apart really isnโt going to raise any eyebrows. Plus Iโll admit Iโm a sucker for this pairing in fan works and this turned out beautifully.
