You give him a weird look. You’re completely fine. No worlds have wronged you. Still, you can’t help but play along. It is a cool pendant with its crooked smile. “How will it do that?” He explained what you had to do: Place the pendant around the neck of someone whose wronged you, and they will find themselves sapped of free will, living only to serve your desires.” You don’t know why, but you play along, asking about the nuances, marveling at the magic. You go as far as buying it, unsure what it is that possessed you to do so.
